Contact us by phone or online to book your inspection. We offer flexible scheduling Monday through Saturday, 8 AM to 7 PM. We typically can accommodate same-week appointments.
Meet Your Inspector
Your certified inspector arrives on time, introduces themselves, and walks you through what to expect. We encourage clients to be present — it's a great opportunity to learn about your property.
Thorough On-Site Evaluation
We conduct a comprehensive, non-invasive inspection of all accessible areas of the property — from roof to foundation. Every major system and component is evaluated.
Photo Documentation
Every finding is photographed and documented in real time. Our reports include clear, labeled photos so you can see exactly what we found and where.
Detailed Report Delivery
Within 24 hours of your inspection, you'll receive a comprehensive digital report. It's written in plain language — no confusing jargon — with clear recommendations.
